An author and conservative influencer, Ashley made the revelation on X, formerly Twitter. She claimed she had been “trying to communicate” with Elon “for the past several days” to figure out a co-parenting agreement, but Elon had “not responded.” Well, fast forward to yesterday, when Ashley reportedly sued Elon for sole custody of their son and to officially establish paternity. According to People, she filed the paperwork in the state of New York, where their son, whose initials are R.S.C., resides. The lawsuit makes a number of claims about Elon’s relationship with R.S.C., which Ashley claims is virtually non-existent. She says since his September 2024 birth, Elon “has met him only three (3) times and has had no involvement in his care and upbringing.” Ashley claims they conceived R.S.C. in January 2024, eight months after they entered a “romantic relationship.” She says there are “various written correspondences” where Elon allegedly acknowledged that he’s the father,” including texts, some of which were included in the petition. But even so, she says, Elon hasn’t seen R.S.C. since November, and when he did, it was only half an hour. The wildest part is that after all that, Elon allegedly texted her, “I want to knock you up again.” Ashley claims he also said, “Well, we do have a legion of kids to make.” So far, Elon hasn’t publicly responded to the lawsuit, but this all comes just a day after Grimes called him out for allegedly refusing to address their child’s “medical crisis.” In a now-deleted X post, Grimes wrote, “Plz respond about our child’s medical crisis. I am sorry to do this publicly but it is no longer acceptable to ignore this situation. This requires immediate attention. If you don’t want to talk to me can you please designate or hire someone who can so that we can move forward on solving this. This is urgent, Elon.” BuzzFeed has reached out to reps for Elon for comment on the lawsuit.
