KYIV, Ukraine — Explosions rang throughout the capital Monday morning because it suffered its sixteenth air assault this month and second up to now 12 hours. The Kyiv regional army administration described the raid as a missile assault and stated air defenses have been at work. Mayor Vitali Klitschko stated that particles had fallen within the metropolis’s northern Obolonsky district, and that emergency providers are responding. No casualties have been recorded thus far.
